There were several positive changes in this organization since my last review:
Mobile Physician Associates team moved to a new convenient location, added some great team members, started using Moderna booster for patients, originally vaccinated with J&J COVID-19 vaccine, upgraded/improved their technical base.
As I stated before, Mobile Physician Associates take care of my, now 97 years old, mother for a long time. In all years of medical care for my mother the level of professionalism of this organization is still one of the best I have ever experienced.

My parents are both in their 90s. When their doctor retired and we started with Dr. Foxman/Mobile Physican Services, I was very pleased and impressed. Nurse Practitioner Kelsey is fabulous and she is always responsive and so sweet with both my parents.
But the administration and office has become unresponsive and horrible to work with in the last 6 months.
My biggest complaint is vaccinations. We have been waiting 3 months for a flu shot and also cannot get my mother a second Covid shot (she had J&J in March). My mother is 98 and completely house bound.

Horrible! They don’t return emails. Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. They work at such a slow pace it’s a wonder they get anything done at all. Getting refills is also a joke. I called in 2 days ago and am still waiting for my meds. You must schedule your appointments online and NOT ONCE have I been able to get the date and time I request. My MD joined this group and I feel like I’m stuck with the worst customer service EVER!!! I just got a call from someone asking to setup a call to have my chart reviewed. My 74 year old mother was injured while on vacation and needed a local primary physician. Dr. Foxman was able to meet with her via Zoom in the comfort of our home without a long wait. He was very nice and treated her with professionalism and respect. We recommend this service and look forward to future "visits".

MPA was selected to address the health and needs of an elderly parent and adult disabled sibling, one with limited mobility, the other non-mobile (i.e., confined to bed/wheelchair). The team is professional, easy to contact plus responsive and diligent in following up with patients. MPA tries to accommodate patients' schedules/availability. Doctors (who were very clinically skilled and compassionate) attended to and followed up with the parent while a PA was assigned to the sibling. The preference, however, going forward, would be a doctor or NP to address the sibling's health issues and needs

This Doctors office is the best kept secret! When other Doctors are limited to only office visits which is impossible for patients who are bedridden, Mobile Physician Associates provides much needed one-on- one house calls. They also accept Medicare payment, unlike other Drs. who charge $650.00 & up "out of pocket" costs, reserved only for a certain financial class of patients, not for retired senior citizens living on social security. This agency does not discriminate, as they provide medical care to any and all patients with Medicare. In our case, they provided us with an emergency appointment
