The front desk...
I was there today and as I'm waiting for my appointment at 8.30 an older lady and gentleman that had arrived before me go in. The second they walked away from the waiting room the front desk start rolling their eyes and give nasty comments. I saw my doctor which is truly an amazing human being and doctor and as I was done I left the office and went back to the waiting room. There was lady waiting and same eye rolling and comments were made after she walks in. I had given them 3 card my credit card

Dr. Massachi he is wonderful! Very caring and takes his time to really get to know you and ask questions I never feel rushed at all with him. He is also very accessible I have called several times with follow up questions and he calls me back to respond promptly. We feel very lucky to have found Dr . Massachi and have recommended him to many of our friends.

Dr. Massachi and staff are extremely professional, organized, efficient and thorough. Dr. Massachi has a great bedside manner, pays attention to detail and returns calls in a timely manner. The office is impeccably clean and on time. My experience has only been positive and I can't recommend him enough.

Person that saw me was good. However, I won't be going back. I found the receptionist staff to be unfriendly bordering on rude. Have to reach out to the office to get any information after appointment. Treated on the phone as though I was inconveniencing them when calling about my results after the appointment...Charged $15 to park in the office garage. I suspect many of the 5 star reviews may not be actual patients (look at how many reviews they've given and yes, I say this despite this being my only review).

Dr. Massachi is the man. He is the most intensive listener I've ever met - he truly absorbs every word you say and responds with total attentiveness. He is so thorough he takes about 15-20 minutes just to talk through relevant life changes in his office before moving to an exam room for a physical evaluation. Wait time is always short, appoints are never ever rushed, and he is extremely warm with excellent bedside manner. He was my doctor for many years and I will miss him greatly now that I've moved from LA. Thanks, Dr. S. You're a tough act to follow.

My experience at this office is always positive. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Massachi is thorough and really listens and never beats around the bush, but at the same time never tries to push anything extra on you unless he thinks it’s really needed. And of course, he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. Their process for doing executive physicals is incredibly efficient, cover everything you need to know, and feel customized to your age and physical shape. I always leave feeling well taken care of. No complaints!

Just finished my first visit/physical and I’m very impressed with everything. Their office was clean, following social distancing, and quick.
I hate needles and blood draws, and the experience with their nurse was the best I’ve ever had. She was so understanding, quick, and got everything done with one poke.
Dr. Massachi asked detailed questions and seemed to really care about all of my medical history and information instead of just checking off boxes on a chart. He was very professional and polite, explained things clearly and answered questions I had with clear answers.

First time meeting Dr Sasan Massachi, He is very knowledgeable compare to his age, I felt very home and calm in his office and the front desk staff was very sweet and nice and varm welcoming, even the nurse was amazing when she took my blood I felt nothing she is fast and sweetheart , in general I think all components need to be in the same page in order a business succeed and get 5 stars, which I believe Dr Sasan well deserved the 5 stars. highly recommend him and do not wait to make a visit.

While my experience with Dr. Massachi and his staff has been nothing but positive, I thought it was a little odd that they are now (in the light of the COVID pandemic) requiring all visitors to the office to wear gloves in addition to masks. The patients in the office had donned gloves prior to arriving (or were asked to by front desk staff immediately upon arrival); they touched the doorknob to the waiting room, touched the pen at the front desk to sign their receipts after making their copay, touched the waiting room chairs, and proceeded to touch their phones and their faces while wearing the

My Mom has been a loyal patient of Dr. Massachi since 2012, and the attentive and compassionate doctor has always shown her great kindness. Dr. Massachi's attitude is one of optimism, and my Mom is always reassured and feels better after an office visit with him. An observant physician and a good listener, the doctor's sound clinical judgment in the craft of medicine is what makes Dr. Massachi such a respected physician. Dr. Massachi is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Each time I’ve visited his office, he has been thorough in the explanation, polite, and actually listened to what I was saying. He is a very nice person who has high standards of care for all his patients. He even takes a complete and detailed history, unlike other doctors I’ve had in the past.

This was my second time visiting Dr. Massachi (both visits were for annual check ups). One of his assistants first ran routine tests (e.g., body temperature, weight/height, blood pressure) and then took a blood sample and asked for a urine sample. Next, I met with Dr. Massachi who carefully asked a series of questions and inquired into my health for the last year. This is what sets Dr. Massachi apart. I have been going to Dr. Sasan Massachi for a few years now and have always had the best experience. The treatment he has give me and any referrals to specialist have been the utmost greatest experiences I have ever received from any doctor I have been to. Dr. Massachi is friendly and kind and listens to what may be Aling you. I couldn't ask for a more professional person and his staff is top top notch! The check in process is super fast and easy plus I haven't waited more than 10 min after check in to be seen!

Dr. Massachi is a class above the rest. This doctor is patient, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I have had a cough for nearly a year and none of my other doctors were able to figure out what was wrong with me. One appointment was all it took for him to properly diagnose and treat my symptoms. I was reffered to Dr Massachi from a friend of mine who only had great things to say about him. So i decided to give him a try when i was sick. Dr Massachi first off is the most caring doctor I have ever seen. He's very polite and knowledged which makes me feel very comfortable. Some doctors want to get you in and quickly rush you out. Dr Massachi is the total opposite he tells me what symptoms I may get and how long it will take for me to fully heal.
