Lance came highly recommended by two different attorneys who were friends. I needed an attorney experienced in handling DUI cases, and Lance exceeded my expectations. But the truth of the mater is, on a vast majority of cases, if one didn't hire an attorney, it would have been much more expensive with court fees,fines, etc....or worse yet jail time and a ruined reputation. Received a return phone call promptly every time. He was knowledgable, responsive and empathetic. Lance was able to bargain for the best possible outcome of my case. I plan to happily refer him to anyone who may need his assistance. My only point of constructive criticism, however, is more of a personal pet peeve. I can't stand when calling a business and the phone is answered "law office." Perhaps a better greeting would be, "Thank you for calling the law office of Lance Daniel. This is Sharon. How can I help you?"
