I have been a customer of Doyle for 3yrs. They were a excellent company. But when I moved and needed my services cancelled at old address and transfered to new address they never canceled my service .Billed me for service and no one ever called me back. Yet they keep sending me notice of activity on account. I tried calling them several times.I went with another company.

We bought new construction and they installed this security system. After a month we called to discover that someone had to come out and activate it. We have never set it because it hasn't been necessary but we want to be able to do so when we leave for an extended time. The past two nights I have been awakened by fire ALERT text messages and the system beeps continually. We called yesterday and they said the soonest we could get a tech is TWO WEEKS...so they expect us to be up all night with a malfunctioning system that they installed!!! Their customer service is non existent. We called
