We've been pleased with the entire Omni staff, from the office personnel to the technicians. They have always been quick to respond and very professional and courteous. David just spent more than two hours with us, answering all of our questions about our security system, contract renewal, and more. We highly recommend Omni!

I hired Omni to install security cameras in my home. I'm very pleased with the company's customer service and the overall experience. The technician David L arrived on time on both accassions he was scheduled to be at my home.He was knowledgeable, amiable and seemed trustworthy which are qualities I want in someone I'm leaving alone in my home. He was very helpful and even when I wasn't happy with something he quickly came back and fixed it and did not make me feel bad about it or have an attitude. The pricing is a bit much in my opinion, but if you want something in life you have to be willing

Excellent Service procedures and actions! Phone calls were received as a reminder, and before the technician arrived from Rochester, with an approximate time (within 15 min).He was polite, professional, well spoken, and explained each aspect of items that I had chosen for security. We discussed the best locations, and why they were, based on his experience. He was organized, cleaned up anything needed, brought all of his own tools, and kept in contact with me in regards to what was being done, explaining as needed by me. Based on other Smart Home devices that I have, he mentioned other items that
