Absolutely I-n-c-r-e-d-I-b-l-e!!! I can't say enough amazon things about Jason Koitz and his team. They sold our Co-Op for above what we thought we could get at a record price for our building in less than two weeks. There were some snag and slings and arrows along the way to the final closing, and Jason handled them and kept things calm and running smoothly until the very end. He even handled small repairs right before closing, finding the perfect contractor and making sure all parties and our board were happy in the most professional, charming and smooth manner possible.
