TERRIBE service, do NOT recommend. I bought a 3-pack Groupon for micro needling and am appalled but how horribly this place is ran. (This happened between July-Oct 2021.)
Appt 1: Comment was made about me being a Groupon customer but we’re “usually nice” (I guess we’re not “regular” customers?); immediately felt I wasn’t important and feared for my face but she did a good job. However, she verbally rattled off care instructions before I left and said they didn’t have print outs… I could just google it.
Appt 2: Went to the same esthetician and she used a nanoneedle (which is

Maybe they do ok facials but DO NOT COME HERE for Botox. I had to go back twice and supposedly they “gave me 25 units” but honestly I have full movement back and it’s barely been 6 weeks. They promised to fix it so when we went back they made us wait over an hour and “added” 20 more units….. NOTHING changed. They aren’t professional at all and they speak broken English so communication is difficult. I definitely feel like we got scammed. I’ve had 18 units in the past and didn’t get movement back for 4-6 months! That’s how I know they don’t do Botox well. On top of all this

I love Royal Beauty Med Spa. I have been getting the micro-needling with the radio frequency and stem cells and have really seen a difference in my skins texture and tone. I have been going every 6 weeks and just had my 4th or 5th treatment and love the results. I prefer the RF treatment for the skin tightening and I get a little less red with this vs regular micro-needling. It’s virtually painless. I’m doing all I can to prevent myself from looking older by taking care of my skin now.

Stay away from this spa, they steal your money. They had me sign up for the membership which was 49 month. They never applied to the treatments I purchased or the package. The employees lie about the treatments. They have no idea what they are doing. I called to make an appointment, the lady asked me what to what I wanted to accomplish. I told i wanted minimize pores and wrinkles. So she said she to do the ipl. I told I would call back. I called back another gal answered. She said what are you looking to I told her the same thing I told the other lady. She recommended the micro needling. I told

This is a great spa,great quality and very professional. Prices are very reasonable and everyone was very friendly and helpful during my visit. I recommend this spa over many others that I have visited in the past. The owner was very welcoming and so was the staff I will continue to visit Royal Med Spa for other Services as well.
