Dr. Warnock was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended medical school at the University of Utah. He received his general surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and his plastic surgery training at the Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. He then completed a post residency fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery at Primary Children's Medical Center.

I contacted Mindy after hearing how amazing she was and asked if she could get me in on her schedule to fix what was done and HOLY night and day not only did she fit me in quickly she is so sweet, professional and easy to talk to and on top of all that she fixed what was done amazingly! Guuuuuurls+guuuuuuuys look no further she knows what she's doing! If she's busy wait for her there is a reason why she is! For now on I refuse

I am not understanding why they are asking for a tip after injections. I found this to be very unprofessional as it was, I assume, a licensed nurse doing the procedure. It is inappropriate to ask for a tip for this type of service/ about a week after my injection my eye is dropping due to injector error- I am very disappointed with the results I paid a lot of money and was told I will just have to let it wear off- in 3 to 4 months. I am not impressed , I used to get very good results with Emily but she is no longer with Clarity- Michelle needs better training

Clarity Skin is great! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Mindy is the best! She takes the time to answer all of your questions and gives you recommendations of how to accomplish your anit-aging goals, not just pushing products. Mitch and Candace are amazing too! As a first timer, I was a little nervous. I had been getting headaches and noticed myself holding a lot of stress in my eyebrows and in the middle of my forehead. I loved the service and am loving the results! Mackenzie was my injector and she made me feel at ease about the procedure and was suuuper good at answering my questions. It's been about 2 months since the procedure and the disport is holding strong and doing really well. I would definitely recommend Clarity Skin based on my experience! It was great!

I've been struggling with acne scarring and hyperpigmentation and I've been to many different spas to try out facials, microdermabrasions, etc but never noticed much of a difference afterwards, I saw Mitch at clarity skin and I loved him! Everything he has recommended has actually worked and I saw a huge difference after only one session. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience my first time at Clarity with Cynthia. She made me look great with a lip plump and Botox! Sadly the second time didn't go so well. I had a different injector and am not happy with the results. I specifically said I wanted my eyebrows raised with Botox, and I ended up with very flat, heavy brows that have aged me 5 years with pushed down upper eyelids. Booked an appointment with clarty skin care approximately 4 weeks in advance for lip fillers and I was informed that it is for the actualy procedure and not consulation. 4 weeks forward, I arrived, signed consents and was called within 5 minutes after I turned in my consent forms. I have been going here for 2 years, and their services are great. However, scheduling with them has become very difficult. I make my next appointment when I get my service done, but sometimes special events come up that I would like additional services done before my scheduled visit. I recently was asked to speak at my university where I graduated 20 years ago, and wanted to get a touch up. I tried to schedule with them 2 months before my presentation, and they have no availability. I am very frustrated.

I just started seeing Mitch for tattoo removal and he is amazing! He was very accommodating and made sure I was always comfortable! Staff was so friendly! I went in and saw Mackenzie Benich one of the RN's! I have been to a number of places to get my botox done for my bruxism issue and this has been by far the best experience. Every person was phenomonial and so knowledgeable to the questions I asked. They made it fun unlike a normal doctor visit and they have so much to offer. Whatever you are looking for I would definitely recommend Clarity and asking for Makenzie Benich! She knows her stuff! Again, Couldn't have asked for a better experience! :)

I bought a 6 package deal and with some last minute plans of moving, they were flexible about crediting unused sessions. Technicians are great here and now learning how great the front desk and management team were about this gives me no hesitation to give them 5 stars. Don't search further for laser hair or tattoo removal. They will take care of you!

As a business, I would give Clarity Skin a 5*. They have exceptional customer service and a beautiful office. The reason for a 2* review is that I paid almost $5000 for a procedure that did NOT work. On the first appointment, I met with an aesthetician to hear my options for body sculpting. I chose to go with the UltraShape body contouring because of being less invasive, "virtually painless" and fewer treatments.
