Archbishop Mitty High School
Congratulations to the women's volleyball team for capturing the CCS Championship, which is the program's 24th title! Last month, the team also won the WCAL Championship, making league history by capturing the most titles ever claimed by one program. Thank you, Monarchs for making the Spirit Week Food Drive a huge success!

In one week, the school raised $10,450 for Harvest Food Pack. That is enough to purchase 41,796 healthy meals for those hungry in our valley. Thank you to everyone who took the time to raise money and share their gifts with the larger community, continuing the tradition of what it means to be a Monarch.

The department of Athletics is committed to enriching campus life through a program of interscholastic athletics and to promoting the development of qualities in the student-athlete that will serve the participating individual and the community. Towards that end, the Department offers competition for men and women as part of the educational program of the school.
Archbishop Mitty High School's Department of Performing Arts is a college preparatory program dedicated to the artistic development of its students. Through the interpretation of music, movement and dramatic literature, we challenge our musicians, dancers, actors, and technicians to discover their own artistic talents.

Best school in Bay Area if you can only ignore some issues. I compared Mitty with nearest private school that charges twice as much as fees as Mitty but found Mitty to be outstanding academically. Probably best value for your dollars. Also, Mitty's science and math teachers are passionate about their subjects and teach concepts well.
They also use college level text book for most AP courses and cover advanced materials. Mr. Greene and Mr. DePalma are one of the best teachers. AP-Physics teacher is very good too.
School also has many after school activities/clubs, your kid will find something

We could not have picked a better high school for my son than Mitty. He was able to attend the college of his choice. He graduated with enough AP credits that he can get though college in 4 years. The classes that weren’t AP classes still left him well prepared for his freshman/sophomore classes. He was able to take both computer and engineering classes. He especially enjoyed working with those teachers. His college counselor was outstanding! The homework was reasonable for the most part. He wasn’t into sports or theater but he still found a group of like minded friends and had time to develop

Discipline in this school is extremely enforced. You step a toe out of line and it is eliminated. Teachers are strict and do not tolerate horseplay of any kind. Education however is on par and teachers are good for the most part.
