There are over a dozen floor plans at desert shores from builder plans to custom owners plans. Most plans are a total of 1,200 Sq. Ft. including living space of approximately 850 Sq Ft with average garages approximately 350 Sq. Ft. Recently, a number of lots have added an additional 400+/- Sq Ft to the garage providing additional parking and storage space.

Everyone is so nice, your neighbors will happily stop by and help when they pass by and see that you need help πβ€οΈπ
Besides, beautiful landscape & outdoor living is a plus too π
Lots of activities .. from walking, biking, hiking, motorbiking, dune buggying, tennis, pickle ball, boccee ball !!
The only thing they dont have is football ππ€£
