Services
What if snowbird living in California came with a built-in community, a place where your passions, interests and values found a ready home? Desert Aire is a Palm Springs RV Resort that offers this and so much more, at a price that will pleasantly surprise you. Our Palm Springs RV Resort is truly the best kept secret.
As an RV and park model development of 324 individually-owned lots, we've chosen to embrace the concept of small footprint living, where our homes are limited to 400 square feet, community resources are shared to everyone's benefit, and where we spend lots of time outside enjoying the wonderful weather.
At Desert Aire a healthy lifestyle is literally out your front door. Whether your speed is walking, jogging, sprinting or meandering, being outside and active every day is as easy as slipping your shoes on and going. Feel free to join a walking, cycling, birding or hiking group for a morning ramble in the beautiful sunshine.
So do we! Join our choral group, bring your instrument and jam on the patio, sing at karaoke night or tap your toes at one of the concert evenings. Desert Aire is a great place to indulge your creative spirit. We offer painting classes, a wonderful quilt room that attracts beginners to experts, a wide variety of craft classes, and newcomers are always welcome in the lapidary shop.
At Desert Aire we are committed to give back to the Greater Coachella Valley community that has given us so much. We support the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission through a variety of projects. A highlight of every season is our December Toy Luncheon, where over 400 toys are collected for distribution by the Mission.

We've been coming down from Oregon for 10 years to Desert Aire RV Resort. We love it here. Such a friendly place with loads of volunteer who enjoy putting together fun events for all to participate. We highly recommend DA for snowbirds who are looking for the best place to stay in the winter months.

We were there for a craft fair and looked around. The grounds are very nice and well kept. The owners there are super nice and helpful. The park itself consists of both rv's and cute 400 sq. homes. Only draw back for my husband is there is no tennis.

Desert Aire has allowed us to retire with a ready-made community. Like many snowbirds, the idea of living somewhere completely new and not knowing anyone, was daunting. We have been welcomed by so many kind and generous people, it really has felt like home from the beginning.
We also love the whole idea of "tiny home" living and DA provides so many community amenities, it makes it easy. We take advantage of the wonderful library, a fully equipped workshop and neighbours who are happy to share tools, equipment or expertise.
The volunteer spirit of the park means there are a huge range of activities

With an overnight visit, we became full residents and have returned every winter for the past 10 years. It is truly returning to family. Everyone is always so friendly and kind as well as interested about each and everyone. This only comes from everyone pitching in and taking a personal responsibility with living here.
A second home.
