Jorgen is an actual human person who answers the phone! He answered immediately and swung by within 30 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem. He is very trustworthy, honest, and will be conscious of your budget if you need a large repair and never try to upsell you like the corporate chains will. Will be calling on Jorgen for all future computer repairs!

Jorgen completely saved me. He got back to me through each step of the process and was able to keep all of my files. I dont know how he figured out how to get it to work again, but out of all of the pc repair people I would contact him again whenever I needed to.

Jorgen was extremely professional and down to earth. He helped me diagnose and fix an extremely advanced computer issues that took a few hours of troubleshooting and trial and error. He is dog friendly, incredibly nice and respectful to my family and I won't ever use another computer repair company. From standard computer maintenance to advanced technical issues, he can do it all. I would highly recommend using Jorgen for your computer needs. Pricing was very fair as well.

Jorgen was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He took care of all my computer issues in a short amount of time . He explained everything to me as he was repairing , updating etc, my laptop and desktop. I would highly suggest him for any of your computer issues. I will def. call him again if any issues arise.
