Brian was able to bring my laptop back from the brink of death and did it in less time than he originally estimated! His rates are very reasonable, but I would’ve been willing to pay double for how much he helped me. He’s just not the kind of guy that will accept any more than he originally quoted you. He also gave me some good advice and researched some issues I was having with another unit.
He really seems to like what he does and knows his stuff. Don’t waste your time with the Nerd Herd or whatever you call it at the BB stores. They take way too long, charge too much and half the time

Rather going to best buy charged u alot and still not fix go with this guy he's Really professional when it comes to upgrading and fixing on any type of computer and he will tell u what's best and what's not and always going along with your budget definitely recommended for everyone he's not a 5 star he's a 10 star when it comes to fixing computers thanks for your help man

Brian is amazing! He is so kind and quick. Went around to a bunch of other places just to be hit with this quote that didnt seem to ad up. I reached out to Brain on Sunday 3/8/2020 got a quote within minutes, dropped off my laptop on Tuesday 3/10/2020 and now I have a working laptop again! I can not recommend him enough skip the big names and just go to Brian.

Great service from Real Computers. Had some really bad issues with my computer; hard shutting down, and freezing. Brian not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, he optimized all the components in my rig and even cleaned up the cables and dust. Excellent service, and even checked up to make sure the system was working. Will definitely use again.

I have been a customer of Real Computers for nearly 8 years and I have never ONCE been dissatisfied with the services rendered. I first came to Real with a broken Alienware gaming PC. Not only did it get fixed I was also given and education in how Dell & Alienware completely ripped me off, selling me an extremely overprice machine. Lesson learned. After it was repaired and lived out it's usefulness I retired the Alienware and went straight to Real Computers for a new rig. They hooked me up with such a fantastic rig. She's an absolute beast! An equivalent Alienware would sell for more than double

My computer stopped working and Brian diagnosed the problem,obtained the needed part and had it going faster than ever in a very short time. He was efficient and courteous. I was satisfied.
I called him for other smaller problems and he was responsive and efficient in solving each issue. Sometimes it was simply that I didn't know how to do something. He was patient and helpful in solving my problem and I was very appreciative.
