Attic Angel Association's Madison roots go back 130 years, with deep concern for the health and well-being of both children and seniors. Attic Angel Association has a long and rich history in Madison. It goes back to 1889, when Miss Elva Bryant (pictured left) heard that twins had been born into a family so poor that they could not afford clothing for the babies.

I volunteer at Attic Angel Community and have really enjoyed my experiences there. The staff is wonderful and the residents a joy. There is always something going on! With a location so close to Madison, there are many residents who have moved from afar to be near their children who are working at the University. It has been great to see how they are welcomed and become part of the community which adds richness for all.

What a wonderful place to live in your senior years! Each resident is treated with the utmost respect and care, and there is a true effort made to make everyone feel very much at home. With a craft room, library, cafe, and areas in which to either exercise or relax and read, there is something for everyone. There are also a variety of programs and activities available to keep folks engaged, involved, and educated. Proximity to stores and services is great, and transportation is made available when needed. The apartments and rooms are spacious and bright with the ability for each resident to create

Health Center Review (Assisted living was so much better)
Mom was taken care of in the assisted living part but when it came to the health center she was not treated very well and her livelihood was drained out of her. There were numerous times my sister or I stopped for a window visit and various occurrences took place. One time she was standing in the middle of her room with no pants on and they could not find any pants for her. Another time my sister waited 15 minutes at the window until someone assisted mom with her toiletries. The final blow was when we went to pick Mom up to take her to
