Been coming here since I was little. Now I come down from San Francisco to have my eye appointments. Both Dr. Luu (husband and wife) are great. Services are top notch. Office is clean and decor looks fabulous. Reception staffs are friendly. An overall pleasant experience every time I come in for an exam. I get both my contacts and glasses made here.

My Mom has been going to Dr. Charles Luu for many years and says that he's one of the best eye doctor. He had moved locations and she was searching for him for a long time. She highly recommends him for all your eye care needs.
I made a Saturday afternoon appointment for my Mom. Walking into the store, everything is very clean and mondern looking.
The receptionist was very kind and friendly. She helped answered all my questions regarding my Mom's insurance. She was very patient with everything. Many of the staff here speak both Vietnamese and English - very helpful!

I went to see Dr. Luu on Saturday to get this opinion on an eye disease that I have been dealing with. He spent an hour explaining the disease to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is so knowledgeable and patient. Such an awesome and caring doctor! Definitely looking forward to coming back to get my eye examined once they are healed.

I get my eyes check every two years based on my insurance. I had several bad experiences with Optometrists, in the sense that some of them are crooks. I always recommend friends and family members that when they go to an Optometrist, make sure to get the PRICE plan and final payment upfront. I have been ripped off big time with several optometry offices. When I went to Concourse Optometry in Irvine a few years ago, they racked up charges that they don't tell you during the examination. It was the most BS examination where I ended up paying almost $300 out of my pocket, just for contact

I can't thank you Dr. Charles/Lynn Luu enough. I just returned from 7 day vacation in Punta Cana. The very next day, I had a terrible infection in my left eye. So unbearable that I almost had to go to ER. I waited to see Dr. Luu. He took a look at my condition first thing in the morning. Took care of the pain and prescriped me some meds to ease the pain. It turned out that I had a abrasion on my cornea. He asked me come by the next day so he can follow-up with my condition. To my suprise, it was a day that his office is closed. I have been going to the old office for many years now. Today was my first time at the new office. It's hidden in a little corner, so you have to keep an eye out.
Ever since moving to this new location, their equipment has had a major overhaul, and the technology they use is more advanced.
Dr. Louie (the wife of Dr. Luu) was so courteous and personable with me. I had many questions about eye care and she answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. She walked me through the exam carefully and made sure I was comfortable. She made it easy for me to know that she had my best eye care interests

My family and I have been going to see Dr. Luu for over 10 years since he had an office on Harbor. We are glad he's back and with his wife at his side. She gave me my exam and was extremely helpful and walked through the process. She is very social and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Lynne and Dr Charles Luu are the best out there. My eye check up was the most thorough examination I have ever been to. They take time to clearly explain the process and provide guidance. I was told they have the most advanced equipment in the region.
