I've had an amazing experience with Dr. Anny Xiao at Natural Image OC over the last few months. She thoroughly explained my treatment options - benefits, potential downtime, etc. and took into consideration my concerns and preferences when recommending treatments. She is warm and extremely knowledgeable. I opted for vbeam laser treatment and the results far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had found out about it years ago! I'm so glad that I found Dr. Xiao. The entire office team and environment is friendly and welcoming as well.

An absolute pleasurable human being!! Dr Sikorski has the best bedside manner and is meticulous on every level. She is a true artist and is amazingly talented with helping others stay looking young. This office is gem! Despite being booked they went out of their way to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon! I had developed an alarming skin rash and desperately needed to see someone before the weekend! I had called two other dermatology offices explaining my emergency but it was this office that truly listed and made sure I got in to see the doctor that day! As it turned out, my rash was pretty significant and I needed to start antibiotics right away. I am so thankful to have found this office and will definitely be telling all my friends! I made an appt for a full body check. Never have I had a dermatologist Dr. not want to touch my skin. I had some concerned spots. All she did was pull on my paper cover up and look and say your fine. It was like she was scared to touch me. Didn't even look at my legs. Just the spots and we were done. I will not return.

I had a combo procedure V-Beam and IPL last Thursday with Chelsea Darling.
The main reason I am writing this is because I left there with a bunch of goop from the numbing gel that got pushed into my hair. Why was this a problem? Because when I got home my husband thought he was having a heart attack and I had to take him to the emergency room and he ended up having surgery - so no time for me to wash my hair. The md's assitants were not warm or friendly. Im not Sure how to describe The air in the office but I think you could cut it with a knife .

I made an appointment here for a whole body skin check-up as well as to have someone look at a rash on my leg. I saw a female PA who seemed to know what the rash could be. She took a biopsy and called me with the results about a week later. Overall, she was friendly enough and very knowledgeable, but I didn't like that she only wanted to look at any problem or concern areas rather than an overall check-up like I had wanted. I also found their pharmacy app that must be downloaded and set up for medication home delivery to be very confusing and inconvenient, but it did offer a bigger discount

I stopped in this office without appointment for skin-care advice. The Patient Care Coordinator, Brittany Lee, was so helpful and welcoming. I was treated as though I had been a long-time patient. Brittany recommended a skin care product and I have since communicated with her via email. She emailed back to me within a few minutes. It is wonderful when a doctor's office responds so quickly.

Please be aware of this company's business practices. I recently went there for an exam and also has some other procedures performed. Before the procedures were done I asked what the cost would be and nurse who would be doing it told me it would be no more than $130 . I really didn't even want to pay that much for a stye in my eye but my wife who was in the room with me said just do it so I did.

I started coming here when my last dermatologist retired, who I LOVED. It would be hard for any office to compete simply because my expectations were so high.
Of course I miss the free glycolic acid peels my last doctor did at all visits, but Natural Image and Dr. Sikorski do a pretty damn good job aside from that.
