Dr. Tim Roham has been an Orange County cosmetic surgeon since 2003. He specializes in the newest and the most innovative techniques in lasers and cosmetic surgery of the face and body. Our surgery center features a surgical suite, recovery room, and private treatment rooms. Our San Clemente facility is conveniently located off the 5 freeway in south Orange County.

I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed! I have been seen by both doctors and they are amazing. Great Doctor, makes you feel totally comfortable and is super nice! The entire staff group was great from my consultation appointment to all my post ops. The nurses and anesthesiologist are all wonderful too! They are all very sweet and make you feel special. Im so happy and pleased with my breast augmentation and results, I'm so glad I canceled my other consultation appointments and went with Dr. TIM. I definitely plan to go back to him in the future! Price was also very competitive especially for the wonderful results.

I’m so happy I walked into Dr Tim Roham office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I just had Surgery less then a week ago and still healing ,but I’m so happy with my results . I'm very skeptical with doctors these days. I've been getting better at deciphering who is in it for the money and who actually cares/has great quality work. Dr. Roham isn't a get in and get out doctor. You can tell from his bedside manner he actually cares about people and sees them as deserving of good quality patient care. He took time to listen to all my concerns and educated me about my available options instead of throwing his most expensive treatment plan at me. I've done cosmetics with him and have had multiple surgical procedures done over the years and I've never found one problem. I

I am a first time botox user. I was very nervous about doing anything, but Dr. Ali spent time with me, assured me, comforted me and gave me options as to which would be best for the lip lines and furrow lines on my brow. I was very comfortable with the choice that I made and the doctor guided me and made sure that I was as comfortable as can be, considering. It was much more affordable then I was anticipating and I feel so much better about my "life lines". 😉 There was absolutely no pressure to choose anything. Went in with Dr. Ali they have Wonderful staff and very convenient location easy to find He fixed my aquiline nose with a liquid nose job I'm very happy with the results my side profile improved a lot which was something that bothered me a lot for a long time and now I'm getting a lot of complements from friends and family on the results this has only been the first session can't wait for my second session to finally complete the procedure
