At Pelton + Balducci, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to live their American Dream. We have over 50+ years of combined experience specifically in immigration law, working at both the federal and appellate level, and at trial. With backgrounds in non-profit organization work, we now help teach and train other immigration lawyers about our experience in the field, as well.
A child of immigrants himself, Marco has spent the past 15 years helping clients from all over the world successfully get the status they need to keep them safe and to build a life for themselves and their families. His parents immigrated to the United States from Italy before Marco was born, and he grew up in the South fascinated by different ways of living and of viewing the world.
That's why we've made it our mission to identify the quickest and least stressful way for our clients to reunite with their family members. Each family-based immigration case is different, and we carefully analyze every client's situation to chart the best path forward, always with an eye towards expediency and minimizing risk for our clients.
Applying to become a lawful permanent resident of the United States from abroad requires several steps, and coordination among different government agencies. The process, referred to as Consular processing, occurs when the applicant (known as the "beneficiary") is outside the U.S. and applying for an immigrant visa at a U.S. consulate overseas.

My husband and I could not recommend Pelton + Balducci enough! Marco Balducci and his team helped us put our Adjustment of Status application together and the whole process was a breeze. Not only did they make it so easy on us, but they were also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Marco was not able to attend our green card interview in person, but insisted on being present over the phone just to make sure everything went smoothly and this was much appreciated. Needless to say we got approved! Everything was in order, there weren't any delays and the whole office worked

I had initially attempted to prepare my case by myself, because I thought that it was straightforward. Unfortunately, it was not, and I found myself facing deportation. I realized that I needed to hire a lawyer, and I am grateful that I found Marco. He took time to learn about my family, me, and my home country in order to prepare our case. It was still a challenging case, and the immigration judge initially denied my application; however, Marco persevered through the appeals process. I was referred to Marco Balducci by a colleague who I highly respect. Not surprisingly, this was a great referral. I needed an attorney to write me an affidavit as annual formality for my profession's licensure board as related to not being a US citizen, and therefore preferred an immigration attorney. Marco was so easy to work with and completed the document well ahead of when I needed it.
