From start to finish , Ilya and Viola take the time and care to ensure that anything fine artwork needing shipping will not only make it to the recipient safely but in the more efficient and expense conscious manner possible . During the estimate process they made sure to reach out to the contacts at the collection point and schedule pick up , making sure that all the necessary insurance protocols were firmly in place ahead of time . From there and during the artwork's transit they called to check in on the status of the shipment and really erased any worries along the way . I would recommend them

I had such an awesome experience with Fine Art Shippers and can't wait to use their white glove moving services again. I was making a big move and needed some art pieces packed and installed. They did an excellent job of shipping a century old fragile china cabinet across the country. The item had curved glass and a built in mirror and was very delicate. It arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition. As the cabinet was of huge sentimental value, I had a lot of concerns and questions and they provided excellent service and patiently addressed all of my thoughts. I was thrilled to receive the item and would definitely recommend Fine Arts Shippers to anyone looking to ship something of value - either monetary or, like me, purely sentimental.

We got quotes from 5 different places but Viola at Fine Art Shippers found a way to get our artwork to us at the most reasonable price. It was professionally packed and arrived in perfect condition, even though I had accidentally provided them incorrect information about the artwork (having purchased it remotely).
The team kept us updated every step of the way from auction collection through packing through customs and shipment. Getting this piece from Chicago to Sydney during a pandemic was no easy feat and we were really impressed with the service provided.

I want to thank Fine Art Shippers for their professionalism and dedicated work! These guys moved my house from Queens to Hewlett Harbor, NY, and they were so attentive and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. Fine Art Shippers also moved my art collection and installed every piece in my new home, as well as provided some really good decoration solutions and helped me find a person to tune my grand piano. Fine Art Shippers still rewriting the story. I would be very pleased if they paid for restauration of the 8000 usd painting slashed due to a lack of professionnal packing. I bought fine art for 12 years, and I never received a rolled canvas in a single walled cartboard, only in tube or tube in a crate. All serious shippers pack high value canvas like that, and I ask clearly for a heavy tube several times. Pictures posted can't lie, look at them and make your own mind. I definetely didn't droped a negative feedback if Fine Art Shippers would assume they responsabilities. I am still waiting
