Very flexible services - I requested several iterations of quotes, and they patiently worked through all the options and helped me select the right devices to meet my requirements - they installed a complete video security system with NVR and remote viewing, upgraded my home security alarm system and enabled remote access/control, and replaced my existing network with a new router, firewall, and four wireless access points. The fixed price was very reasonable compared to the competition, and no matter what it took to get it installed, the price quoted didn't change. Some of the camera installations

Evaristo went above and beyond my expectations. He gave equal consideration to not only putting in a fully functioning security system but also making sure each camera was placed with the best possible coverage for the property. From helping with camera selection to running cable and conduit and getting the correct mounting equipment for each camera, I just couldn't be more pleased with his service.

If I could rate this a zero I would. DSC Installed my system prior to the new ownership. Evaristo has been worthless. Once he took over, they will not conduct a service call, will not fix the problem, even a billable service call. The system has no support and I would strongly discourage anybody from ever working with DSC. Absolutely terrible service. Don't waste your money on this company.

In December 2014, I started with 4 basic security cameras and a DVR at my Preston Hollow address. Now I have 25 cameras including a license plate reader.
All surveillance work sourced, installed strategically and serviced by DSC. The portfolio of surveillance cameras offers a touch of creativity that is Evaristo's signature approach. For instance, I have a license plate reader disguised and hidden in a utility box. The camera has solved 3 Dallas police crime cases.
