My mother had a kitchen fire in her apartment, even though it was confined to the kitchen, there was smoke and water damage throughout the entire apartment. Restoreace Restoration did a 1000% yesss 1000%! awesome, fabulous job in restoring everything that was not burned in the fire. My mother's items were cleaned and restored back to NEW by Restorace Restoration. When I tell you that everything was cleaned, wrapped and stored - omgggg. it was amazing. I cannot imagine how long it must have taking the employers to do that job. Wow-what if it was a whole house full of items! I only wish I had

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Be weary of this company. The quality of their work was so bad that we had to have another company come back in to complete the job and the owner was completely unprofessional. It isn't a coincidence that every negative review is buried by fake positive reviews.

I recently had restoreace restoration do some mold remediation in our basement bathroom and i am very pleased with the work that they did. They go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers and their health, no doubt! In the end, it was just only the bathroom and I can rest easy knowing that it's all cleaned up and there was no evidence of mold elsewhere. It was a pleasure having Marc and Gavin in our home to do the work. They were a great crew that were very courteous and professional in addition to doing a great job and kept everything very clean.
