Carlos and his team were professional, timely, and he communicated everything they were doing to my house and followed up with their progress each time they left. He was very patient and understanding during this very difficult time for my family and I. They did an excellent job! I didn’t mark “Good Value” only because my insurance company is taking care of the costs, so I didn’t price Serve-Pro with other companies.

Brain and set expectation of arrival and 15 minutes prior. Appreciate not asking them to mask up and each team member greeted me.
Then he explained exactly what was going to been and explained why. Set the expectation of when pick of drying equipment was to be picked up. He s as Leo followed up to confirm the equipment left was still running. Once equipment was recovered the restoration team came out to prepare estimates for State Farm. Great Great Service
