Excellent work, all completed in one (long) day. Only drawbacks: a tad expensive, and a surprising delay (82 days) between first contact and completion of the shower-stall replacement/remodel. The workers were very competent and friendly.

I really appreciate the crew that helped and they did a great job with the window replacement and clean up. I'm just bummed that when the initial person came to give us a quote that they didn't mention that there is no finishing work done and we would have to hire another company or fix it ourselves. The plantation blinds we had in place don't close like they did before and we have to paint new trim around our old plantation shades. Great company and loved the quick responses from their team but I wish I would have known this beforehand so that we could budget or plan accordingly.

The high-quality patio windows, replacing an old cinderblock wall, have completely tranformed this south facing room and increased our enjoyment and appreciation of our house way beyond the cost of the remodel. We shopped around before choosing Lifespan and have no regrets or even second thoughts.

After talking with the general manager I told him that I would mention him in my review, his response..."well that's better than nothing", which is what I got out of this company. Here's my experience. I told the salesman that I needed one window replaced immediately but that I had 3-4 others that I was interested in replacing as well. After listening to the salesman brag about how his company usually does much "bigger" jobs, I had a first impression that he didn't really want or need my business. We bought a new home and the bath/shower in the master bathroom left a lot to be desired. We contacted multiple different home improvement or bath/shower specific companies and while some of them had slightly lower prices, the quality just didn't compare to Lifespan.
During installation part of the edge of the wall was chipped off. While the installer tried to glue the piece back and make it look better, we didn't like the way it looked. We contacted Lifespan and they immediately sent someone out to do a better fix. Now it looks great!
