Placed order just to be cancled. the hr of ... saying wont service my area but wasted my time waiting for them to come.. and the dayz i could have been looking for the right people to do my job... never had any work done so i cant say nothing about that but not professional up front.... ...i asked all the question do service my area do i need have window out or clean nope we got it we can service

We contacted Jordan about repairing our cracked and seal-failing 20 year old windows. He came promptly and gave us a great estimate on repair, but then gave us a surprisingly reasonable estimate on replacing the windows for only a percentage more than repair. He took the time to explain how window efficiency is calculated and what to look for in windows. He answered all our questions. We looked at a few other vendors, but we felt his bid on windows was better than most and we felt the quality and warranty were excellent. His price was good enough that we decided to replace and upgrade all the windows
