Collingwood, Tara
After working as the Director of Nutrition and Metabolism at Florida Hospital Celebration Health for 5 years, Tara felt like it was time to spread her wings and do her own thing. Tara started out as a company of one, seeing individual clients and acting as a consultant to various companies.

Some of the early consulting consisted of assisting Disney with creating "well balanced" children's meals for the restaurants on property, working with designers at Tupperware to create a container for kid's lunches that would encourage healthy eating, and working with the medical staff to improve the nutrition of the employees at Rosen Hotels.

Please forgive the length of this post, but since 5 stars really isn't enough, I wanted to explain why I give such a positive review. I can't say enough about how helpful Tara was in devising an appropriate plan to help me reach my goal. I have trained for many years to run a marathon. Unfortunately, I have failed each and every time due to injuries that either prevented me from finishing or from even getting to the starting line. I learned from each failure and my training regimen got stronger with each attempt. In January, 2017, at age 48, I was in the best shape of my life, but suffered some
