Thank you so much for joining me! As a functional nutritionist and environmental toxins specialist, the work I do is different from your typical dietitian. People ask me all the time: How you are different from other nutritionists? Are you just going to put me on a calorie-restricted diet?. Absolutely not!

As a clinical nutritionist practicing in the functional model, the work we do together takes a whole-person view of the entire body, factoring both diet and lifestyle into your overall health. My services focus on how you feel, not how you look. The body is a self-healing machine; if we can figure out the root cause of illness, we can help you heal naturally.
Services
In functional nutrition, visits are very detailed. We review body symptoms in-depth, including timelines, health histories, medication and supplement usage, and more. Initial visits take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, and will give you a very thorough overview of what's happening in your body. At the end of the session, you will leave with a customized plan to fit your needs.
Sarah is both a functional nutritionist and environmental toxins specialist. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist ("CNS") and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist ("LDN") in the state of Florida.

Sarah has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, an environmental toxins specialist certification, and a health coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition ("IIN") in New York City.

Nutrition credentials are, to say the least, confusing. Anytime you work with someone in healthcare, whether it's nutrition or another related field, I feel it's important to start with two main things. First, research their credentials, education, and experience. Some credentials mean a lot of education and peace of mind for you, and some very-similar-sounding credentials may not mean all that much in terms of targeted education and experience.

I highly recommend working with Sarah! I never write reviews but I feel Sarah Geha should have one :) She is so caring and compassionate for her clients as well as she goes over and above to help you. She has so much great knowledge in health and how to help. I trust her when she tells me the tests to take and ways to help heal me. I really can’t say enough for my appreciation for her. I will continue to work with her as well as my family when needed!

I feel very fortunate to have found Sarah Geha. I have seen many nutritionists and Sarah by far is the most knowledgeable person I have met. Just when I thought my knowledge was extensive at 53, Sarah has taught me so much about nutrition and its effects on my health. I have been a yo yo dieter most of my life, and Sarah has managed to teach me how to adopt a new lifestyle of eating, not just another diet. Down almost 13 pounds and I feel great. But truly more than a "diet", Sarah has taught me the "whys" behind food and nutrition. High recommend Sarah!

I feel so fortunate to have come across Sarah's page when I was desperate to feel better. I had been struggling with chronic fatigue and migraines. My doctors only prescribed me medications when I brought up the issues. Sarah taught me about the significant impact that some foods have on the body. I have to admit I did not think her suggestions would work so well at first but was pleasantly surprised! Thanks to her I feel so much better. Some months I don't even have a migraine. My wife was fortunate enough to work with Sarah. She had her thyroid removed and was gaining weight, not sleeping well, not regular and generally feeling lousy. Sarah took the time to really understand what our lifestyle was and how to make adjustments so She can feel hwr best. She helped get her on a better sleep schedule, worked on her eating habits, incorporated the right vitamins into her daily routine, and with her vast knowledge she put her on the right track.
