Worked with Lisa Gibbs who was wonderful to work with. Actually worked with her over 14 years ago when she helped us find a house in New Albany. Lisa was very patient and relaxed about home buying which is why we chose her 14 years later when we hoped to sell. To prepare for selling our home, I met with her two years before listing to get her advice on things. Lisa was able to recommend several people who were instrumental in helping with the process at a reasonable rate. Selling a house, especially your first, can be a daunting experience. Sandy and agent, Karla Ballenger were incredible. Their confidence in their knowledge of the market led me to a different strategy than I had initially proposed; a successful one. They guided me, and coaxed me when I was doubtful. We were first-time homebuyers and moving into the area from out of state, so finding a knowledgeable, reliable, and outgoing real estate agent was very important to us. We were blown away by Renee Mougin's work throughout the entire process! She promptly responded to our emails and calls, set up showings when we decided to pop into town at the last-minute, talked us through the entire process, and negotiated with the selling agent to get us exactly what we wanted.
