Services
All events include delivery, setup and tear down. Service is within a 50 mile radius of Overland Park, KS. All events outside of the service area will include a round trip mileage charge of $1.00 per mile. All rentals require a $300 non-refundable deposit which will be applied towards your rental fee and will be due at the time of booking.

Hands down the best tailgating experience... period. Ryan and company are first class with everything they do. Their setup includes everything... you don't have to worry about a thing and the customer service is amazing. I've been to tailgates at the stadiums and we just used Trailergaiting for our Super Bowl block party. Everyone loves it!

Absolutely Great time!!! Trailergating guys were awesome. Beautiful and Clean setup. No Hassle since the guys are there for the entire rental period. All we had to do was sit back and watch the game!! We had it setup for Super Bowl in our neighborhood. Nice hanging with friends and not having to worry about cleaning up the next morning. Can't wait to try it at a Royals game.

The Trailergating staff was enjoyable to work with to plan our client tailgate. From the first email to the start of the event they have been very helpful in planning the ultimate tailgate for my clients. The catering was perfect, excellent BBQ that really showed my clients why Kansas City is known for BBQ and tailgating. The trailer is a showstopper. Best decision I ever made for hosting events. I have used them for Chiefs games, Royals games, Neighborhood BBQ contests, and at vendor shows to drive people to my area. They setup your tailgate, have all the party games, have every game package you can imagine, and then tear it down and leave everything spotless. I focus on my clients and they do the rest. The private bathroom alone is worth renting the trailer for events! Keeps your clients at your party and not waiting in hour lines. The service is amazing and the owners treat you like royalty. Best tailgate experience I have every attended! We went to the Chiefs-Broncos game yesterday and was invited to join a tailgate from one of my vendors. I expected the usual tent and chairs with a grill. WOW-Trailergating is way beyond that. The experience was like no other tailgating party I've been to! There were 8 TVs in this trailer so we could watch ALL the games at once and never miss a play. The food was excellent and plenty of beverages to be had with the two beer taps on the trailer.
