I tried to apply for an account online, which went fairly smooth. The next day I was contacted at 9 AM, but was unable to answer the phone. I called back about about 9:05 AM or 9:10 AM, but only got the lady’s voicemail, so I left her a voicemail asking her to give me a call back. I heard nothing the rest of the day, so I tried to call her again in the afternoon, around 2:15 PM and wasn’t able to get a hold of her. I then called back the following day and left her another voicemail asking her to call me back when she could. I again heard nothing all day, so I again called in the afternoon

I was reccomended this bank by a friend and I saw so many good reviews but I dont understand the hype of this bank. I opened an account and you cant even have overdraft protection without having a good credit score which is enough for me to just go somewhere else because that shows that they are not there to help customers. I like to have overdraft just in case I ever need it. I'll just go to another credit union I can tell this bank doesn't cater to people with low credit score.
