Just purchased a car and cant get a new id card sent to the dealership. very frustrating. the infiniti was great they tried to call on my behalf but the agent was not helpful at statefarm.

I got insurance with him and he was very helpful and I though I was fine only to find out that he would tell you whatever you want to hear in order to sign you up. He did not add rental for both my cars but only for one and all other stuff that screwed me up in the long run. All he wants is to sign you up and then the price that you were promised will go up every month. I've had insurance before and never had this experience especially when I am a excellent driver with only 1 bumper to bumper accident in 10 years.
P.S: Look out because he will be polite and sweet just to sign you in but then

State Farm didn't offer the kind of policy that I was looking for--short term renter's insurance--but Jim was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions for how I could find what I was looking for. I would get insurance with him in a heartbeat.

Insurance is not exciting or sexy, but everyone needs some form of it. When it comes to cars and houses (or apartments), I highly recommend that you get your insurance through Jim Masino. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Better yet, they put up with my complete cluelessness and laziness with no small amount of grace and tact. When I moved here from Atlanta, I found Jim in the phone book, called and said, "Hey, can you do something about this car insurance stuff? And maybe some renter's stuff too?" And he did, with nary a headache for me. When I moved back from my
