They came out to replace the glass in a broken window. When he was finished I went out to look and was shocked at what I saw. He told me that he had broken my original glazing and he did not have my color to replace it. So he cut one inch strips of my original broken glazing put a piece of that in every foot then filled in between with caulk. It looks horrible. I asked if he could get the right color glazing and repair it properly. He said yes but he didn't want to buy another roll. Then handed me a bill for 165 dollars. I now have to call another company to fix his work. No pride in their work

This is the WORST company I have ever encountered. They claimed to have repaired 2 hurricane-damage preventative windows that were very difficult to operate. This happened in October and THE WINDOWS were not used but once or twice, due to the cold. They NEVER worked properly from day one, AND they REFUSE to come back and even LOOK at the defective work. They want to refer me to another window company. FEH!
I recommend NOT USING this company EVER.
AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM $75 JUST TO COME AND LOOK AT THE JOB. FEH!
