Services
All of our beachfront efficiency rooms have either private deck or balcony areas featuring adirondack chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and water, or one of the many spectacular sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. The rooms all have sliding glass doors which gives you a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay and Long Point, the real tip of Cape Cod!
Columbus Day Weekend in October has a 3 night minimum and follows our normal rate schedule. Holiday Weekend Minimums can be reached by staying Thurs, Fri, Sat OR Fri, Sat, Sun OR Sat, Sun, Mon. A $500 Deposit is essential to secure each week's reservation. A $1000 Deposit on weekly house rentals. A $80 - $450 Deposit is required to secure daily reservations, depending on length of stay.

We stayed here at Top Mast last year, October 2020. Small room but clean and it has everything you might need. Little fridge, microwave, dishes, plates & utensils. My husband swam in the indoor pool across the street, next to the office and we got dinner take out from the Cafe. What’s the best part of our room? The ocean. Right outside our sliding glass door. I fell asleep to the ocean waves and the beautiful salty air just feet away. We love Top Mast Resort so much that we are back again this October. Thank you.

I do believe this was our 9th year at Top Mast Resort. This is our Happy Place!! I do believe we should stay 2 weeks next year in honor of our 10th

Top Mast is the only place we stay when vacationing in the Cape. My family has been staying at Top Mast every year for over 10 years now. Top Mast has a great breakfast, especially the Bloody Marys and the Mimosas!:) Top Mast is very family friendly. We make sure to book the bottom floor. The bottom floor is the way to go since you can walk right out the sliding door on to the beach. It is very clean and the housekeeping is friendly and does the best job and is very thorough. You are just a bus ride away to Provincetown. They also have an indoor pool for rainy days. I HIGHLY recommend Top Mast

This is my first time staying at the Top Mast. Check in was a breeze and the girl was so nice. The room was great! It was so clean! Even the bath towels were playfully decorated. The spacious shower was brand new with a few shelves and a built in seat in it. There is a kitchenette that was a step above the usual. BIG fridge, countertop stove, lots of cabinetry.
My room was first floor on the beach. The slider led out to the sandy patio with an area to put a hibachi/small grill and a picnic table. A couple steps and you're on the beach! Highly recommend and I'll be back!

Great resort. All staff and other guests were very friendly. Clean rooms. Amazing views. Having an indoor pool was very nice to use in the evenings. We ate at the cafe one night for dinner. The food was very good and the server did an great job, being the only one there and having many tables to take care of.

I have been staying at Top Mast for 20+ years. And every year i am not disappointed, the beach is always clean, the staff and friendly and super helpful with the few issues Iv had. Can’t recommend the Top Mast enough.
The ONLY issue is that comcast is horrendous :/ Roku TVs and remotes would fix that issue if possible.

We loved staying at Topmast! Stayed on 2nd floor. You hear the waves especially at nite when guests are out or resting. The room has a full size refrigerator, dishes, silverware, & even dish soap, etc.. Every room has their own balcony with 2 wooden chairs. Housekeeping was super! We appreciated their great efficient work! Enjoyed great service & a delicious egg breakfast at their outdoor cafe. Thank you all- Look forward to our next visit. Visited mid May 2021.

The staff were very nice and flexible with booking the stay (I kept going back and forth with arrival and departure dates). The ground level rooms are literally right on the beach. It was perfect!

This is our 2nd time here for a 4 night stay. We couldn't have stayed anywhere else where we get the most beautiful back drop! When we booked- the room we wanted with a kitchenette wasn't available however hours later Top Mast called us and said there was a cancellation! We were thrilled! GREAT JOB on being on top of reservations! If you want to relax, be RIGHT ON THE BEACH, this is the place for you! We are so happy with the choice to stay here! We took a last minute chance on a quick 4 day get away to our favorite place North Truro.
Although we typically rent a beachfront cottage,none were available on such short notice but the Topmast had a room across the street available for us. We had family stay at Topmast in the past and they loved it.
Well we did too. Clean rooms ,courteous housekeeping,convenient to the beach,beautiful indoor pool,local to all area attractions. We had a fantastic time,just what we needed. I highly recommend Topmast resort if your looking for a place to stay in this area...they have everything. They even called

Every time we come to the Cape we stay at topmast resort. We usually stay in the rooms on the Oceanside. Unfortunately all the rooms were taken when we went to book the vacation. We stayed on the Gardenside and the rooms are not as nice that's my only downside to the place. Next year I will book even earlier to get a nice room right on the beach. The hot tub is nice at the end of the day to rest your weary muscles. I can't speak for the food in the restaurant since I never ate there due to so many other great restaurants on the Cape. Will be back next year again.

Wow! This was our first time staying here but it won't be our last. Can't beat the location - walk out the back door and your toes are in the sand in three steps! And when we had a miscalculation on the room fee (for the small upcharge for friends who joined us for only part of our stay), the cash was refunded with no issue whatsoever. Great service, friendly staff and clean comfy rooms. You've gotta try Top Mast!

I'll be coming back in June for my third summer in a row. The first time I went, it was a spur of the moment trip and I was calling hotels for availability. It just so happens Top Mast had one room left for the exact days I was looking for so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did! The rooms are super clean and the staff are super friendly! Right on the beach and about a 5 minute drive to Provincetown. Pool, hot tub and tennis/basketball court.Every time I go to the Cape, this will be the only place I stay at.

I came here with three friends for a nice weekend away from the city. We were here from Saturday until Tuesday and it was wonderful! it's a good sized hotel but it's not really huge or anything. There's only two floors but it's really long and stretched along the beach. There weren't any bottom floor rooms left when we got there, so we had to get the second floor which was still fine. But if you can get the first floor, you definitely should because you open the sliding glass door and walk right onto the sand!

My wife and I have been coming to Cape Cod since we met in 1992 and have stayed at so many different places. This time we chose a 2 bedroom cottage at Top Mast. It's hard to imagine a better value anywhere, considering this complex includes a restaurant for breakfast, an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, basketball court, and it's right on the bay with a quick drive to Provincetown. There's also a convenient $2 shuttle into town.

Absolutely love top mast. A little pricey for sure but you can't beat the location, amenities, service, view, indoor pool and hot tub, etc etc. so you get a lot for your money. It's North Truro which avoids most of the crazy Cape traffic. We come this far up to avoid the traffic and experience the real Cape.
Sunny and the beach here is awesome. Raining and it's time to hit the heated pool or hot tub. Not much of a work out room, a little 1980's. But everything else is excellent. Kitchens in the rooms are perfect too.

Resort was ok... front desk lady was very nice... ocean view was amazing... rooms do need updating and paint... THE CAFE WAS A HUGE DISAPOINTMENT!! I understand the owner of the resort just leases out the café, but at least he could show a little concern over us being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!!!!
