New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as "owners" renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business!
As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other "friend's" rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 140 vacation homes.We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We just completed our first rental season as an owner working with NEVR and we have been most satisfied with their service, attention to detail and their communication. They are attentive to both our needs as well as the needs of our rental guests. We had a few minor issues this past year that the folks at NEVR were able to handle expediently and professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Joanne and the entire NEVR team. Last year was my first year working with them and despite being in the midst of COVID, everything ran smoothly and they were able to consistently book my home with high quality renters. I truly feel we are a team making the best decisions together. NEVR remains a top notch rental company. They are responsive (by email) and honest.
When the latest COVID travel restrictions (8/1/2020) for Massachusetts were activated, NEVR reached out to us directly and when we cancelled the vacation refunded our money without hesitation.
We highly recommend NEVR without reservation to anyone looking to rent a home on the Cape. We will return to NEVR for our Cape vacation needs.

We were so lucky to have booked with New England Rentals. This was an unusual request: Book a beloved place off-season for a wedding (which meant negotiating with the owners). Then COVID refused to go away ... we hoped for the best, but in the end, our friends had to scale WAY back to just a few people at the wedding. We had to cancel. New England Rentals took this situation on and refunded our money -- perhaps beyond what was actually required. I love to recommend businesses with a real "step-up," virtuous and values-based approach that goes well beyond what they strictly needed to do.

We have been renting on and off from NEVR for several years. And they keep getting better and better with their service and their portfolio of properties. They make the whole check-in and check-out process so easy and the responsiveness / care they provide is wonderful. The welcome bag too is a really special touch. Despite a strange 2020, they still helped make our summer vacation special and relaxing.
