I live in an older home I purchased in 2014 in Tigard. It's approximately 2,000 sq ft. I have a large family room that had no heat except for a free standing gas stove. My home was not air conditioned. I re-insulated the home, attic fans, ceiling fans and new windows. After all these efforts, I made a decision to have central air and heat. I spoke with and received bids from other providers. Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning stood tall and Justin Phillips came to go over my home to evaluate its needs. My heating and AC unit went completely out! When they came out to repair it was obvious that the entire unit had to be replaced. After all, it was over 20 years old. They told me it would be about a month before the unit could be installed and just by coincidence the weather provided 90's and 100's degree highs. I, for one can't stand the heat. I received a call to let me know that they could get the unit in way ahead of time!! In the interim they provided me with a portable AC unit to at least temper the intense heat. Wow! I am so impressed with these guys. We had a/c installed from them, and they were very coordinated. They got the a/c installed, the electricians in, and the county inspection done all in one day. A hot day no less, so thank you very much to the gentleman who had to work in the attic. Beautiful, fast and efficient work. Awesome!
