This was the second time I have used Webster's. Clint arrived on time and was very professional. Once the check was done he gave us a couple of options, but didn't try to push anything on us. I was back to work in just a little over an hour and was told to expect an estimate in the next day or so. I am confident it will be fair and regardless which route we go, I will have them do the work.
OK, The unit finally came in a couple of months later. No fault to Webster's, just time lines right now.

Though I left a message (as did my landlord), it was a week before I got a call to schedule service. The technician arrived earlier than I was thinking and sent a text letting me know he was coming. He sourced a part from Portland and told me he would be back in 2 days to fix the unit. Fingers crossed! Thank you.
