Sean installed our alarm and cameras. He was experienced and new exactly what to do when installing two outdoor cameras. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty educating us on the smart phone app for our home alarm. Bryan was our sales rep and he put together an excellent package outbidding all other competitors.

The True Protection team was professional from start to finish. From my initial inquiry call Ben answered all our questions, told me who would come by and complete the install and set all the proper expectations. This company does not follow through on what they say. I was in a contract and wanted to move, I was told that I could not transfer my account to a apartment, so don't worry your account will be closed. Well, that's not true , I got a bill today for $900 , Don't use this company nor ADT plz go somewhere else or do it yourself, Amazon them...

This company ripped me off on my home alarm security system. They sold me a system and when an issue comes about they are no where to be found.
A person named Chris, was extremely rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. I called about a recurring issue with their system and he that audacity to say call Brinks too bad.

I already had a Camera security system and hired True protection to install 6 cameras on 2,600 sqft 2 story home. Landon provided quote and set up the installation date, he had good customer service. Brad was the installer and he was amazing. Very cool guy, professional and a master at his craft. I can tell he was very experienced and he truly cared about my requirements. The culture of this firm is very customer focused. I know I am not easy to deal with, and these people have been very responsive to my requests. The Owners are on tiop of things and actively involved with the company. My questions were addressed promtply and accurately. When my husband and I bought our first home we knew we wanted home security asap. We researched all the top companies and couldn't find anything we liked. There was never one company that stood out from the rest. There were either very high installation fees or DYI installation with cheap products and always very mixed reviews. I was starting to get pretty desperate but luckily stumbled across Home Star Protection on yelp.

Jes and Tim go above and beyond! Super responsive, very professional and extremely helpful. Over our year with them, they have been very consistent and patient with us in their support. The system they set up is very easy to use, with mobile access, and can be customized/updated as needs change.
After a break in to our garage (which we did not seek to secure originally, not a failure in their systems), they were able to squeeze us in the very next day and make updates to our existing security system to close the gaps.
