Two weeks ago, I received a phone call from your monitoring station saying that an alarm had been set off and the police had been dispatched. When I got there, the police were swarming the place. I noticed that the thieves had cut my power hoping that would cut the alarm. Lucky for me, I have a battery back-up and an excellent security team.

I spent over $9,ooo.oo on a system for my home in September 2017, which included a door camera. The installer broke the backing that held the camera in place. I contacted San Antonio Security on several occassions with no response. I reached out to the owner Gene Munford in May of 2018 asking for the device to be repaired (1 yr warranty). This is his version of a repair! I have not heard from him to get it replaced and/or repaired. So I replaced it myself!! I guess I will just have to eat $350.00 I paid for the doorbell camera. Plus the new one.

I set an appointment for 11:00. 15 minutes before the appointment time the tech called to tell me he would be an hour to an hour and a half late (12:00 or 12:30). Thankfully they reduced my rate to compensate for the inconvenience.
15 minutes after the new appointment time and no tech has arrived and I have received no call informing me he would be late. I called the office number - apparently they shut down for lunch. I called back after 1:00 and was told the person I needed to talk to was not available but would call me back. I never heard back from him and had to call back and speak to somebody
