I want to apologize in advance, I asked her name specifically for this reason and it slipped my mind. But the beautiful black young lady working the front desk, she was sweet both encounters 1/5/22 that evening and 1/6/22 that morning. She helped me in every way possible! Also Dr. Romona L. Roach-Davis was transparent, honest and respectfully quick. Everyone that I met in between was awesome!

They care a lot, but they also tend to run a lot of expensive tests when I come in that other doctors did not run as often. They also seem to do too many x-rays. Just my opinion. I really mean it when I say they seem to care. It’s just all the tests feel like too much.
Revised: Said they would refill my meds in Advance of my appointment so that I would not run out. Didn’t.
Make the patients wear masks, but do not make the staff wear them consistently.

I've been a patient of Hoover and Dr. Harris for years and with Ramona as Well... I've read many of these reviews, and coming from a Cancer Patient, this Group of Dr's, NP's, etc I couldn't have ask for better care. They got me to Kirkland and did Everything Professional, not to mention they were caring of my condition as Well.. Yes, they did needed x-rays, and an EKG that was very needed that I didn't even know...
Tell me now they don't care...I would recommend Hoover Greatly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely terrible. My NP completely ignored what I had to say about what was wrong with me. Prescribed me something that would only make my condition worse. Definitely should not be practicing medicine if you are not listening to your patient.

I have been going for two years never felt like they truley listen. And today was the icing on the cake the doctor shuned me away. And told me that my insurance stopped And I have to pay out of pocket. Insted of calling me and telling me before hand. DO NOT GO HERE The DOCTORS ARE A JOKE. THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOU.. AND I have kidney problems and thyroid issues. I should of trusted my gut.. after a few bad visits i kept going bc I had no where else to go.. please dont use this office...

UPDATED 07/13/2021****I've been calling the office for several days to try to get my husband's inhaler refilled and I'm getting a automated message saying that they are unavailable to take my call. It seems like they have disconnected their number or not paid their bill.
The care that I've received from Dr. Roach Davis and Dr. Harris has been great. My doctor is actually Dr. Blake but in the 3 years I've been going here I've never met him. This is strange to me. I had to give a 3 star based on the lack of communication between patient and the care team. After hours its impossible to get in touch

I love the hospitality from the staff and Nurse Candice Harris. They're always going above and beyond for their patients. I never had an issue with referrals, lab work, prescriptions, testing, and etc. The wait time is under 15 minutes and your office visit doesn't last longer than 1 to 2 hours. If you need a quick appointment scheduled this is the place.

Want return phone calls. Tells you they will and waits till there closed. Called back to day and they said it will take 48 hours to get a response. So yesterday don’t count I work full time and my wife take care of our girls all day and they Prescribed her anti-depressants they are making her dizzy and there short staffed well y’all need to close till y’all get more people to help

LHI (Army) scheduled for me at this location for various medical readiness stuff. I always check the review rating before visiting and would have never picked this location if I were to make my own appointment. Reviews do not lie. A couple or a handful of bad reviews could be some p****d off people but this many 1 star reviews? You know they are clearly doing something wrong and not even trying to improve. I am currently sitting by myself in the waiting room for last 40 minutes. The appointment time was 20 minutes ago and I was 20 minutes early to do the paperwork. The receptionist stayed on her

I'm not really one to share my medical business so vocally, but I feel this needs to be said.
I went for to get a referral to a gyno for extremely painful cramps and excessive bleeding, but that was completely ignored. However, since this was my first visit I had to do the family history forms and depression screening. I am clinically depressed and am being treated. I expressed this, but not only did they blow off the reason I came (and they kept trying to "correct" my symptoms when I was explaining what was going on, which annoying, but whatever.), they ignored everything I said about seeing
