I understand that I am financially responsible for any amount not covered by my insurance policy. I also authorize MARCO NOVA, M.D., P.A. to release to my insurance company, referring physician & other consultants on my case information concerning health care services provided to me.

This is absolutely with no doubt my favorite health place to go. I love Dr. Nova. I visit him for years and always has recommended me the right treatment for me.
The nurses are friendly and professionals. Dr. Nova and the staff do take serious our well-being. I always mention him to my friends, family and so. I would highly recommend people to attend their health concerns to him and the staff. 😊❤️

My mother in law was trying to get appointment for the first time as New patients, since I used to be patients back in the day. But customers service makes good doctors look bad. My mother in law call more than 5 times until the answer the lady didn't even let her speak try end the call twice. Just final answer call tomorrow. By having customers service on that manner you gone loses many new patients

If you speak spanish, you might like it more than me but I did not have a good experience. Receptionists were barely responsive in English and I didn't get a friendly feeling.
Went for a general check up, got there 15 minutes early, waited over an hour and then was told I couldn't get a check up and instead they briefly spoke to me about my other concerns. A whole lot of time and copay for nothing.

This was my first visit to the office. Upon arriving I was greeted very well. Staff was very friendly. The wait time was minimal. The MA was very nice. She took her time to make me feel comfortable after knowing I wasn’t a fan of drawing my labs. I honestly didn’t feel the pinch in the needle. She was really fast. Dr Nova was very pleasant , thorough and professional. He took his time and showed care about my well being. Would definitely recommend this office for those looking for a PCP.

The doctors here are very nice and professional. The staff is super sweet and personable. They always remember you and greet you with kindness. The office is always clean and well kept. My only complaint is wait time. Be prepared to set up your appointment and not be seen until over an hour after that set up time. I just make sure I schedule my appointments on my days off, but it's still a hassle when you have other things to do. Aside from this, they're great and I recommend highly.

They always try to please you. Nora, Ivon, Veky and the rest of the staff can not be better. Sometimes. You have to wait because the doctor is super professional and give each patient the necessary attention.

I have been a patient of Dr Nova for many years. I think his practice is very well run and I consider him first-rate as far as taking the time to talk to you, ask questions, offer explanations, etc. I LOVE Nora who is an institution there. Very professional and knows her business. Shout out to Ivonne as well !!
