Years ago I purchased a used living quarter horse trailer from Cannon Falls Trailer Sales. At that time, sales and service were top notch. When I decided to upgrade to a larger and new living quarter horse trailer, I went back to Cannon Falls Trailer Sales. Again, excellent sales and service!!

Every time I've called, everyone has been pleasant to talk to. Very helpful.
I ordered a new trailer in December. Roger was able to trade with another dealer to get the trailer done by early April. With covid, supply chain delays, etc, it was delayed to middle of May. I was disappointed but understood. I have a lesson/clinic for a few days this coming weekend and they were able to loan me a lq trailer. I'm grateful they were able to help get me my horse to the event and place for me to stay. Thank you for the great service.

I really like the girls in the office and the two service techs, they were very helpful and nice. However, the owner was very unpleasant to deal with and I found out that he straight out lied to me. The trailer I traveled to purchase was quoted to me as one price and then when I got there he told me a higher price. I also tried to deal with him on a missing part for the trailer and he wouldn't even so much as acknowledge me. I called a dealership in the same town that sells the brand I bought and they were very helpful and said that they would be happy to help me with anything I needed. I was very

I am very dissatisfied in the service and the product I received! I ordered a divider for my Elite trailer I purchased from this company. It was early in my season. I did not receive it until my season was all but over, even though I was told when I ordered it that it would be about 2 weeks, give or take a day or two! Every time I called to ask about it I would get the run around without a straight answer! Since my season was basically over when i finally got it, we did not put the divider in until last week, only to find out it is too long! Now my husband will have to move the slam latch, which

I have never purchased a trailer from them but have taken my last two trailers there for service. The service team is wonderful!
They have found and fixed my issues, done safety checks, and educated me on the use of my trailer when I upgraded to a weekender. I am still learning apparently! Today I brought it to them with what I thought was a water heater issue. It was quickly found through a little conversation that it was an OPERATOR error! After checking to be sure, they were very kind about it and sent me on my way home with my trailer. Thanks Dan and Scott!!

Great experience. Roger was very helpful over the phone and once we were able to make the trip up the trailer did not disappoint. Both Chuck and Roger were honest and straight shooting. Also added some extra components to our (new to us) trailer and despite having a full service area, pulled a trailer out and put ours in immediately. Best service we've had in a long time, thank you!

FYI this dealer no longer sells Lakota trailers. From my brief experience here I don't blame Lakota for not selling there. Also, the entire sales team goes to lunch together, apparently doesn't matter if they see you pull in and get out of your car, they will walk right past you without saying a word and leave.
