For the past five years +, I've been working with Theresa and she is amazing! She is someone who I will recommend to anyone looking for insurance. Over the last 20 years, I have had several good agents. With that said, Ernie is easily the best. Teresa Butler was their agent that gave us a quote on Kemper Insurance. She took the money out from our checking out the very next day for the policy without our permission, we didnt even see the policy, or signed anything, she just took the money out and couldnt even help us to get the money back eventhough that was so wrong and illegal. I would not recommend using Barrow Insurance Group also known as Auto Home Plus. Scammers!!!
