Highly not recommended. Little guy who is shaking to get few $ tips, when is putting your boat to the water, other way you can wait and wait. Very rude manager. Forget to get anything when they scratch your boat and when “accidentally” your water pump impeller goes bad do not worry about your fault, I saw few times they started motor tilted up. This is mine personal opinion.

Storing my boat at Thunderboat Marina has been the best decision I could’ve made as a new boat owner, their prices are competitive, their staff is courteous, professional and always ready to help you! The after hours closed gate and private parking are a great plus! Update 11/2021 I had a poor and eye opening experience with their mechanic on site! Asked for a service and an oil change, charged me over $800 (on a yamaha 115 outboard) only to get stranded dead on the water. Turns out the motor needed 4 spark plugs that where corroded. Didn’t even make it right!! Extremely overpriced and unreliable

If the location suits your boating needs, look no further for an awesome marina experience. The people are wonderful, friendly, and committed to customer service. The price includes so many extras that other marinas charge extra for. The price is reasonable, lots of convenient services are available, and the facilities/ launching procedures are excellent and convenient. We really enjoyed keeping our boat here, but ended up relocating to be closer to Key Biscayne. I would highly recommend Thunderboat!

Just had One year service done. After keeping my boat at this marina I have to say not once have there been an issue. The way employees are treated and treat each other is always my gauge to an establishment. Thunderboat is top notch. Thanks Don Donna and Maureen from the front office. Also the staff handlings the boat to and from the water truly care.

This place is the nicest, cleanest, and most reasonably priced marina we have ever stored our boat. We had a pretty bad experience with the marina we were at before, which made it difficult to trust again. Thunderboat Marina went above and beyond to ensure our boat was safe, and that the marina was organized and trustworthy. We absolutely recommend this marina to anyone who wants/needs to store their boat! Ask for Don, he is the man! Can't thank them enough for the fact that now we sincerely enjoy our boat when we go out, instead of having to worry about if it is in the water/if our boat was damaged

We have had our boat at Thunderboat for a year now. We can’t say enough good things about the place. Donna and Don are so friendly. They make us feel like family. When we call to drop the boat, they know us by name. It’s so easy and will spoil you. My husband will probably never trailer a boat again! 😂 And very reasonably priced for south FL. You even get two free bags of ice everytime. They flush the motor and wash the outside of the boat when you’re done. You literally just step on your boat, take it out, and bring it back. The whole staff does a great job at washing the boat out etc

They always go above and beyond for my family and I. Highly recommended!
I’ll always spend my money here when I’m in the area!

Thunderboat Marine is not a good place to store a boat on a trailer. Boating is about relaxation and tranquility, starting with the peace of mind that your boat is safe and adequately cared for when you are not using it. This is not something Thunderboat Marine can offer, at least for boats on trailers. I stored my boat there for about 6 months. The following reasons made me look elsewhere to store my boat.
1. A broken trailer-guide cover
2. A scratched trailer tire fender
3. Trailer brake actuator emergency cable broken
4. Someone was obviously soldering metal near my boat, and the metal particles

Looks like a very nice building and we were looking forward to storing our new boat here but Maureen made it harder than necessary to do business with Thunderboat. We are from out of town & arranged long-term storage of our boat & trailer but when we tried to deliver it, Maureen wouldn’t let us because she was leaving early for the day (we arrived at 4:25p and they close at 5:00p). We caught her on the way out & asked if we could just drop the boat and do the paperwork in the morning but she flatly said no.
As a result, we had to find last minute storage after hours, change flights, and figure

This is my first experience having my boat at a dry storage facility. I usually speak with Don or Donna. These people have great customer service. They have an amazing floating dock. A few times, I've left my boat at the floating dock and I forgot to call them to put it up, but they always call to ask if I want it put in dry storage and they'll also call if a storm is coming to put it away. In the 6 months that my boat has been there, I haven't had any issues. Anytime I call to have my boat put in or out of the water, it has been done without any issues. I highly recommend this place.
