Our suites are perfect for longer stays, available with a single king bed, two queen beds, or a two room "Superior Suite" configuration, all with Serta Perfect Sleeper matresses. Second time we’ve stayed here. Very clean and quiet and the service is great. We had trouble with the television program shutting off during two movies we were watching and couldn’t finish. Called the front desk and they had to come reset the box. Also, they have lots of bread, yogurt and cereals for breakfast, but it would be nice if they could maybe at least put a few prepackaged Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits out that could be microwaved or some boiled eggs.

Only decent place in the area. We stayed several nights to attend a family gathering nearby. Morning coffee was good, but why can't you supply real cream for it? That non-dairy creamer doesn't cut if for me.
Room was comfortable and the bathroom was large. No housekeeping, but they did make the bed and change the towels once.

I booked two rooms days in advance. We drove over 6 hours to get here. When I arrived they had given one of my rooms away. I am a 64 year old widower. I am on a business trip with my daughter and a female employee.
Their answer was that I sleep on an air bed in the room with them. Sorry service inexcusable to me. Never again and I will tell every one I know. Do not trust these people .

This hotel was the perfect spot when my company was in the Southwest Region of Louisiana helping with Hurricane Relief. The crew stayed there for approx. 3 months and the front desk staff was nothing but kind, friendly, helpful. I called them every morning and sometimes at night asking for vacancies, and they never had an attitude. Very professional and clean facilities. WIFI was spotty in the rooms, so my crew had to go downstairs in the breakfast area to do daily paperwork. Could have been because of the Hurricanes. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

If I could leave negative hearts I would. My sons stayed at this hotel when they went to help clean up after hurricane Laura, they were staying in this hotel with no power and the very day they get power on some woman that works for the hotel kicks my sons out and throws their stuff out and then tells my sons they were lucky she didn't stick their toothbrush in the toilet, all because they didn't report that the toilet was leaking, they could not see the toilet leaking because it was dark in the bathroom because of no power. I travel for work and I have stayed in a lot of different hotels

Surprise... Surprise... Surprise... The Heritage is a beautiful, clean, well-appointed hotel with EXCELLENT Customer Service off the beaten path. Over the past five years, I have traveled between New Orleans and Houston; usually I stay at Hilton properties along Interstate 10 because I am a Hilton Diamond Member.

I would have rated this hotel a 4 but there were some issues with the management and billing. First off the property is nice, the rooms are clean and new. The only thing is they have coffee makers in the room and these tiny little dixie cups to rinse your mouth in, no paper or styrofoam cups for coffee? I don't get it.. The second thing is my email from the hotel stated I could check in as early as 7am, not true once I arrived in DeQuincy at 1pm we came in and were told nope your room is not ready check in time is 3:00pm, okay no biggie.
