Thank you for your interest in a career at Red Oak Apartment Homes, Inc. We are always looking to exceed our resident's expectations through amazing customer service brought about by well trained and respected employees. Staying true to our core values since 1984 has helped us create a company we're proud to run.
Red Oak began in 1984 with a 3 family house and has grown for more than 3 decades to approximately 1800 apartment homes. Founder and President, Ron Dupont is a New Hampshire native and very passionate about offering all the residents who live in a Red Oak Apartment Home an excellent place to live. It's important to know that the great staff and associates at Red Oak are also behind the Red Oak leaf!
Red Oak continues to be a rental market innovator by eliminating the traditional security deposit. New residents pay only a one-time, non-refundable fee starting at $299 for a Lease Term Bond. By paying that small fee and their first month's rent when they move in, along with your good credit, landlord references and income qualification, we help our residents save hundreds of dollars.
Red Oak continues to expand our Green Initiatives and support efforts for Green Living to help minimize our environmental footprint and to save you money on energy costs. We're always looking into ways of incorporating clean and renewable energy sources into our business and our properties.

Red Oak has made a big dent in the amount of energy required by our apartment buildings by updating our West Side apartments with the latest in energy-efficient lighting and insulation.Additionally, we have completed major work in Milford New Hampshire at our Milford Trails and Eastern Trails properties by adding new boilers at those locations.

I rented an apartment in a "non-smoking" building in October of 2019. That aspect was important to me since I have chronic bronchitis, and smoke can make me seriously ill. During the viewing, the Property Manager assured me that the smell of old cigarettes in the halls was due to it formerly being a smoking building. This is not true. The sign may say, "this is a no smoking building" but practically every tenant smokes, and management does little to stop it, aside from posting a notice on the front door, that everyone ignores. After multiple complaints to them, they offered

3/~14/2020: Ron, I tried to call as you requested but your employees, with the exception of Jim, thought I was lying and gave me the runaround. Jim is very professional.

3/17 Hello, Jim: As stated before, I was unable to reach Ron, as the two other employees, in the Sunset Ridge office repeated disconnected the call, place the call on hold, and then never pick up again. essentially hanging on me.

When I moved in February 2012, the realty manager was professional, competent. I'm not sure what happened around that time, but sometime changed and it is not but for better.

I can not in good conscious recommend Sunset Ridge (Red Oak Apartments) to anyone who reads this. The owner of the complex has stolen money from me by overcharging on Water Bills for three years. The incompetent Leasing Agent inputted 4 full time residents instead of two. I found this out by accident and informed the Leasing Office who gave me their go to standard reply, "there's nothing we can do about it." I wrote the owner Ron DuPont two letters (one UPS Certified) requesting a resolution to the over payments. I gave him now over 40 days to respond which the coward has not

I lived at sunset ridge for 3 years. Why would anyone take the time to make a false accusation? I have personal images and anyone in this complex can reassure you they are true. The first year was alright, had ants and bugs in my apartment I think I called the office maybe once a week about this concern. That calmed down after getting sprayed multiple times, the issue here is for something to be "fixed" you have to have maintance out multiple times which is an inconvenience. The mice issue is 100% TRUE & DISGUSTING, to come home while trying to cook a meal and seeing mice feces all

Lived here for about three months now. The unit itself isn't that bad, just very dated. The appliances are very old, stove and dishwasher appear to be from the mid to late 80's, and the A/C unit looks to be the same, haven't and don't plan on using any of them. Hot water is good and hot, but doesn't last long at all. 10 minute shower or a sink of dishes and that's it. The bathroom is pretty bad, old stained toilet, sink drain with hair and who knows what else stuck in it, and the same with the shower. Also, the floor squeaks almost everywhere you walk. There is a communal
