I was visiting a friend today and we overheard the concierge Doug being very rude to some guys from Best Buy geek squad. He was abruptly cutting the poor guy off and his demeanor was very rude and condescending. This building is very nice and we were a bit taken back by what we were hearing. I've always had pleasant interactions with people here but today I felt bad for the poor guys! Everyone has a job to do...but if you can make someone else's a bit easier you do it. It's just the right thing to do. I hope they filed a formal complaint!
