Our assessment services include testing for mental health issues such as depression, cognitive function, ADHD, and autism, and learning disabilities. Since 2016, we have been providing online therapeutic services, and all of our staff are trained in remote therapy. We have clinicians experienced in using innovative, scientifically-proven techniques, such as neurofeedback, EMDR, and mindfulness.

Services
At the Metis Center For Psychological Services, we focus on the needs of each patient. Our patients are our number one priority in each of our three locations. It's hard to look yourself in the mirror and admit that you might be facing some problems you can't overcome yourself; with our counseling and therapy, we'll be able to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself.
We look forward to greeting your visit! When you arrive, just have a seat in the waiting area, and we will be out to meet you promptly at our scheduled appointment time. There will be complimentary refreshments in the waiting area so, please, make yourself at home. Usually, the first visit is just an initial consultation.
We offer compassionate and effective therapy for older adolescents and adults. We believe that therapy is a highly collaborative process and enjoy engaging each person within the context of his or her own priorities and needs. Read the fine print. You will be billed for any services that your insurance company denies - even if the denial could be prevented by them resubmitting the claim. Other than that, Sunda did a good job with her assessment and it met the requirements of what we needed for our insurance company to authorize a surgery.

Having been a client myself, and having had friends and family as clients, I am blown away by the quality of the therapists on staff at The Metis Center. The friendly environment, their sliding scale policy, and the culture they bring as an organization is exactly what any counseling office should work towards.
