Very frustrating and annoying to deal with. They decide to shut off my card without letting me know and then when I call to ask about it----I get the run around. The incorrect number or email on file. I log on to fix those supposed problems only to find the correct number that I gave them and the correct email already there. I double check my email and no message. So someone in cyberspace got my message I guess. Worse than all that is the way I got talked down to. I am trying to get help and all I get is talked over and rushed....worse customer service sadly. I thought switching over to a credit

Went in to get cash out for a vacation. Was informed they don’t provide cash withdrawals at their CU. I was told to go to a competitor for a withdrawal more than my Daily ATM allotment. Seriously a sad state of affairs when getting cash that you’ve earned is not allowed by the bank you’ve chosen. Sadly I am an uniformed customer, that’s on me—and now I know.

I am been a member for 26 years. This is the most trusted banks around. I love that they have newer locations where you can walk-in-to and be greeted by name. That is how important their members are to them. The staff members are friendly and professional. The best bank around. Note: They do not give cash change or out at any of their locations but offer atm services for cash needs.

This is a terrible place. They repossessed my financed vehicle 1 day after i defaulted on my loan. Which i didnt even know i defaulted because i called to make a payment that month. For some reason unknown to me it didnt go through. They tried to email me apparently but didnt have my correct email address. I retrieved the vehicle that day because money was never an issue. So i decided to refi with a different bank that wouldnt do this to me and they then decided to report me to the credit bureau after they told me they wouldnt. I hope everyone who works at ardent dies a horrible death. They try

I have been a member for over 18 years it's no benefits to being a member. Every customer service rep I have push back. One time they can do something the next time someone new start it can't be done. I need a new debit card after being compromised I am in a state that my address is not on file without money. Customer service reps have no empathy for the issue. Closing account change to ardent credit union has been the worst transition.

I'm a long time member of this credit union and since it has been Ardent Credit Union the Service I received has been horrible. I've requested to speak with a manager for assistance on an issue I was having and received no response. I have been banking with SB1 Credit Union since the 90's and their service has always been great. When they changed to Ardent the service has declined dramatically. I suggest you find another credible Credit Union to bank with because the customer service is sub par. I am looking for another source for my banking needs.

I tried the Car Buying concierge service that is uniquely offered by Ardent. Pete Kuryluk was my concierge and he was extremely helpful. He called and described the service in detail and started on my request right away. Pete offered advice and insight that I would not of otherwise had. I was very happy with the deal he helped me negotiate. I would highly recommend this service and Pete in particular.

I was here for the grand opening and received an autograph from World B. Free of the 76ers. They had lots of giveaways and a smiling knowledgable staff! The last reviewer mentioned there wasn't any mustard for the free pretzels, but I look for more than mustard in picking a financial relationship. I have been a member for over 7 months and receive consistently good service. There was a "signing bonus", and it came in the form of promo rates for CD's and loans. I wish them luck with their new branch!

Went to the grand opening of this bank today. They did a nice job with the balloons, giveaway game and had donuts, coffee and pretzels. But there wasn't any mustard for the pretzels.
There was a good sized crowd in the bank for this opening. But I was surprised they weren't offering a signup bonus for new customers.
The layout of the bank is very functional. And the service reps were very friendly. There is also an ATM outside that is always accessible.
