I'm sorry people but your awful. My aunt passed away and her family took her to you for cremation. Visitation was horrible! My aunt was laid on a slab in a dark hallway. You should have a room for viewing instead of a hallway. You should give the family a choice to bring clothing for their loved one to be dressed in if they choose. I understand the 20 minute viewing but the way you do this is awful. Death is heartbreaking enough but when you go see your loved one in a dark hallway laying on a slab it's horrible. Would you want to see your family members this way. You need to have more compassion

Careless, inept, and disrespectfully negligent!
My dad deserved better than this. Do not make the same mistake my mother and I did.
Their only business is honoring the dead, and they don't even seem to care about that single, simple mission. It was bad enough that they put the wrong name, occupation, and city on the death notice. It was bad enough that they messed up the death certificates, then put "Hispanic" on the 'corrected' ones, for no apparent reason... THEN they didn't call us to inform that his ashes were ready (!!!). THEN it took 15 days for them to post a correct obituary, despite
