There was just to much wrong with my visit not to write a review. If it just came down to just how they installed the Rodan, where their focus seemed to be on how quick and easy they could have installed it, would have been one thing. However, they didn't complete all the required checks on the 100 hour engine work that they signed off in the work order. For example, signing off the batteries with a good connection and charge when one battery is dead without a lead connected to it. How can you trust any work if they skip corners like that? To make a long story short, please do not buy a used boat from sunrise. I would hate for anyone to go through what I had to go through for over a year back and forth to and from their shop. If you insist on buying a used boat please make sure you do more than one ride and longer than 15 to 20 minutes or have your own mechanic check out the boat. If we had done this we never ever would have bought our boat and gone through the hell that we went through at this location. Right from the start we had problems it never ran right. I found another mechanic thank God. And that is the only thing good that

Had spoken with Daniel on the phone from Sunrise Marine in Mary Esther, FL. Stopped in to look at the boat I was interested in. Daniel said to go have a look at the boat and he'd be out after he finished up what he was doing at the time. No worries; however, after 30 mins of waiting outside in 90+ degree heat, he never came out to help nor did he send anyone else to help. Walked back to my vehicle parked right in front of the main entrance, got in and left. Terrible customer service and obviously not interested in making a sale which would've been a cash offer had the price been

Bought our boat and they sold it with how well the warranty was and that it's the best warranty around. the warranty plainly states what it covers and it covers what is wrong with our boat but we have a manufacturing defect. This company tells you that the issue isn't covered and they will quote you with how much to fix it. Apparently this warranty isn't what's it's cracked up to be. would never buy from them again or this brand of boat. They blamed the defect on me. Customer service at its worst. Dropped my boat off to have the annual maintenance completed. No problem there, but decided to sell the boat. They charge a Monthly fee to have on the lot, in addition to a ridiculous commission. First month, I just waited. After no interest, I decided to go by there to see why. They had my boat tucked away, as if to hide it from the customers. The asking price was about 40% higher than the boats worth. I asked them to bring down the price, and put it out where buyers could find it.
The following month, no change. I pulled it from the lot, and they tried to charge me the two month lot
