The owner is absolutely the most helpful gentleman! Is so very knowledgeable and will have one of his associates there to lead you and keep you informed as much as they possible! I have never been through this process and I was lost on what and/or how to go about dealing with a bond! They was both going above and beyond to help us through a ruff and complicated process!!!! Mitch and his associate Jerry were extremely helpful. I had never deal with a bail bonds experience and needed a lot of guidance. He was very hands on and walked me personally thru the process. Mitch met with me in Fort Myers and then handled the bond in Naples. Everything went smoothly and I was present when my daughter was released. A stressful situation made easy.

Mitch and Sara were great to work with. They answered my phone calls right away every time, are professional, personable, and very reliable! Mitch guided me through what to do since it was my first time ever buying a bond. He even took me to where I needed to go to bail out my significant other and he was released within a few hours.
